A leading industrial service provider is seeking a motivated Sales Manager based in Campinas, Brazil. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business, extensive B2B sales experience, and strong spoken and written English skills. Qualificações

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree with a major in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or marketing within B2B service.
  • Fluent spoken and written skills in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for sales in Brazil.
  • Work with product management while pursuing new sales.
  • Develop sales business partners and client accounts.
  • Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly forecasts.

Requirements

  • Work experience ( sales, account management, marketing) within industrial B2B service provider environment;
  • Skills in developing sales with new customers / markets;
  • High energy, self-motivated, goals / results oriented;
  • Strong experience in people management;
  • Customer Experience knowledge;
  • Excellent spoken, written and presentation skills in English;
  • Must possess decision making and problem-solving skills;
  • Self Management skills.
Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for Sales in Brazil;
  • Work with the product management implementation, while aggressively pursuing new sales and new markets;
  • Directly develop sales and monitors possible existing clients / account management;
  • Directly develop sales business partners / representatives;
  • Develop and monitors customer growth plan;
  • Identify new clients and development opportunities through referrals and network;
  • Responsible for product management, sales, and customer service organization;
  • Build marketing and sales input for the Strategic Plan for its customers / prospects;
  • Prepare the annual sales budget;Responsible for updating quarterly sales forecasts;
  • Provide business intelligence to feed the competitive database;
  • Participate to Global sales meetings;
  • Interacting with all global network of labs and offices;
  • Reports to VP Operations Americas.
