Running Tours. My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go! This is not your usual job post. I wanted to give you the good, the bad, and the ugly about being a Business Development Executive with Go! Running Tours.
Our new Business Development Executive will be responsible for our hotel market in the US, Asia and South America – a region we have not focused on before. We have had ad hoc partnerships with various hotels such as Mandarin, Hilton, and Marriott, and the time has come to truly focus and succeed in this market. We are looking for a Business Developer who is ready to fully own and grow this market for us. The potential is huge, and hotels are very interested in our running tours.
Your primary channel of business generation will be email outreach. You will create campaigns, craft messages, build contact lists, and manage data. Spreadsheet work and data analysis are important parts of the role. The work requires continuous improvement – testing initiatives, learning new tech and solutions, and finding better ways of doing things.
You will work directly with me. I value progress, focus, and a dislike for sloppiness. I am fast, optimistic, and collaborative, but also expect teammates to share these values.
We work remotely with 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week. Most of your time is dedicated to client meetings, deep work, and getting things done. Our culture values agility, teamwork, and a focus on results over hours. The salary is modest and aligns with reduced working hours; the primary motivation should be passion for running, bridging cultures, and contributing to a fast-moving, positive company.
We are looking for a fast mover, a super collaborator, with sharp focus on closing deals, answering emails and Slack messages promptly, and following up until the partnership is sealed. You should be excited by the product and eager to represent Go!
If you feel this role could be for you, please write to me via with a short spiel on why you feel you are right for the role and why you would like to work at Go! Running Tours. We want to hear the real you, not an AI version.

Note: This role is not intended to be a leftover side job; it is a full-time opportunity to grow with the company.
