Job Description: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Salesforce LATAM (Brazil)

This is a 1-year, part-time internship program starting in December 2024 based in São Paulo, Brazil. The program aims to prepare candidates for a career in Sales Development at Salesforce. BDAs will gain practical experience in various sales activities, including:

  1. Lead Management and Nurturing: Managing and qualifying partner leads, collaborating with consulting partners for lead handover, qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic using Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
  2. Lead Generation: Conducting outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to build pipeline.
  3. Sales Collaboration: Working with SDRs and sales teams to generate interest, schedule discovery meetings, and demonstrate Salesforce solutions.
  4. Account Research and Targeting: Researching target accounts, identifying key contacts, and developing outreach strategies.
  5. CRM Utilization: Tracking activities and managing prospects using Salesforce CRM to ensure follow-up and lead conversion.
  6. Ongoing Training and Development: Participating in training sessions, shadowing, and mentorship to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and role-specific competencies.
