A luxury beauty brand is seeking a dedicated Manager to ensure the high standards of boutique operations in São Paulo. The successful candidate will lead and engage a team of beauty consultants, drive performance, and maintain brand standards in visual merchandising. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and intermediate proficiency in English, plus a strong knowledge of retail operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the impeccable operation of the boutique, delivering excellence in operations, team performance, and customer experience.
Lead, engage, and develop the team of beauty consultants, ensuring a positive atmosphere and a focus on results.
Act in conflict resolution, ensuring team alignment and motivation.
Support and monitor visual merchandising activities and adherence to the brand's display standards.
Manage store administrative routines : reporting, inventory control, shift scheduling, and performance indicators.
Support the execution of in-boutique events and customer relationship activities.
Represent the brand with a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor.
Work across multiple boutiques, ensuring standardization and excellence.
Act as the key connection point with the brand's Operations and Retail departments.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree completed.
Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of store operations, administrative routines, and Visual Merchandising.
Experience in team leadership or demonstrated leadership potential.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactivity, organization, and strategic vision.
Mature and sophisticated demeanor.
DIFFERENTIALS Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in a premium / beauty / luxury retail store.
Experience in retail trainee programs.
