A U.S.-based real estate development company is seeking a Bookkeeping Analyst to support accounting and financial control for their construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of QuickBooks, and advanced English skills. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position requiring an active CNPJ. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualificações

Company Description North America Development is a U.S.-based real estate development company focused on residential and construction projects. We work with multiple LLCs and project-based accounting, supporting property development from acquisition through completion and sale.

Role Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeping Analyst to support the daily accounting and financial control of our real estate and construction projects.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical professional with hands-on bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks knowledge. The position works closely with internal management and an external U.S.-based CPA.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (online)

Advanced English (written and spoken)

Advanced Excel skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Comfortable working remotely with U.S. teams and time zones

CNPJ required (contractor position)

Nice to have :

Experience with real estate or construction accounting

Familiarity with project-based cost tracking

Experience supporting month-end closings

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (a plus)
