Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.

You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, setting up vendors in the system, managing virtual cards and T&E reimbursements, supporting the accounting function, and working on ad hoc projects, which include going into detailed analysis with a vendor and building a history.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process vendor invoices for approval.
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices timely.
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Process reimbursement and support various ad-hoc projects
• Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
• Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support audits, resolve billing and payment issues
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting client

Skills / Qualifications Required

• 4-5 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Preferred experience with Netsuite
• Experience with Airbase, Zip & Concur
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of commitment, and a good attitude
• Willingness to work during PST time zone
