The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a billing role, preferably within a SaaS environment, and be proficient in ERP systems, particularly Netsuite. What to Expect

• Handle customer invoicing in the employer's ERP system
• Participate in the monthly Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely sales order processing
• Process internal requests for customer data changes and reconcile collections
• Align Accounts Receivable aging reports and resolve customer account discrepancies
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to improve data flows and processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in an AR/Billing role within a global high-tech company (SaaS experience is an advantage)
• Must have experience with an ERP environment; Netsuite experience is a plus
• Proficient in Excel with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
