We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team, working strategically to optimize internal processes and ensure the efficient delivery of our products.

This professional will be responsible for mapping and improving operational workflows, ensuring a seamless, high-level experience for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery and Process Optimization

• Map and optimize all stages of product delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Analyze the delivery journey, identifying critical points, interdepartmental dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and standardize processes by creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Implement process improvements by considering automation, new technologies, and the allocation of human resources.

Monitoring and Operational Efficiency

• Track and optimize delivery KPIs, using data to improve timelines, efficiency, and operational quality.
• Conduct root cause investigations to resolve bottlenecks and enhance response times.
• Create and maintain structured frameworks to track tasks, responsibilities, and schedules within each department.

Team Collaboration and Integration

• Act as a bridge between Operations, Project Management, Tech, Process, and Marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Monitor cross-functional collaboration in product delivery, identifying opportunities for better integration and cooperation.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Specialist, or in similar roles, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product roadmapping.
• Familiarity with innovation and product development frameworks like Lean, Double Diamond, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking.
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for workflow mapping and improvement.
• Experience with data and metrics analysis for process optimization.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and structured communication skills.
• Advanced English (assessed during the interview).

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in startups or tech companies.
• Knowledge of UX research, A / B testing, and user behavior analysis.
• Familiarity with customer experience (CX) and service design to improve product delivery.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, using dashboards and reports to optimize operations.
