  • Compile reports and data analyses using spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance for payroll accuracy.
  • Support U.S. payroll activities and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize documentation for employee onboarding, transfers, and terminations
  • Support the accurate processing of payroll, benefits, time off, and related employee records
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for payroll inputs, adjustments, and reporting
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR and payroll systems
  • Answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and general HR procedures
  • Support monthly payroll closing activities, including audits and reconciliations
  • Assist in compiling reports and data analyses using spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Provide operational support for U.S. payroll activities, including administrative tasks and documentation
Requirements and Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE
    • Advanced English (will be evaluated during the interview)
    • Intermediate Excel
    • Previous experience with customer service or internal clients
  • NICE TO HAVE
    • Experience in HR and payroll routines and procedures (Brazil or US) is a plus
    • Hands-on Proactive (a proactive attitude is essential!)
