Provide end-to-end application support for a portfolio of .NET applications, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business-critical systems, handling incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements while coordinating closely with business stakeholders across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management
- Resolve application incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Escalate critical issues to development or infrastructure teams when required.
- Service Requests
- Handle user requests such as configuration changes, access management, and reporting needs.
- Provide timely resolution and clear communication to end-users.
- Minor Enhancements
- Develop and deploy small-scale changes in .NET applications (bug fixes, UI tweaks, workflow adjustments).
- Ensure enhancements are aligned with business requirements and follow coding standards.
- SME Role
- Act as the go‑to expert for supported applications.
- Document application workflows, dependencies, and support procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to junior team members.
- Business Coordination
- Collaborate with LATAM business teams to gather requirements and clarify issues.
- Translate technical solutions into business‑friendly language.
- Participate in regular stakeholder meetings to align IT support with business priorities.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
- Experience with SQL Server for troubleshooting and query optimization.
- Familiarity with IIS, Windows Services, Azure App Services for hosting and deployment.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Language & Communication
- Portuguese (mandatory) – to support Brazil‑based users.
- Spanish (Good to have) – to support wider LATAM user base.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages along with English for effective collaboration and documentation.
