This position takes a lead role in planning and assessment activities coordinated by Institutional Research & Assessment (IRA), under the Office of the Provost. Specifically, this position coordinates all surveys (external and internal) within IRA and coordinates all technology platforms.
May be responsible for supervising and directing work of undergraduate and graduate students.
Internal contacts include Deans, Department Chairs, staff, faculty, and students. External contacts include affiliated schools, national research centers, and assessment/student learning organizations.
Master's degree in higher education or other discipline and a minimum of five years professional experience in academic outcomes assessment and/or institutional assessment and related activities within a higher education setting (preferably institutional research, faculty development, institutional effectiveness, or assessment). Alternatively, as faculty directly overseeing assessment functions or earned doctoral degree. Supervisory experience.
