What you'll bring to the team
Main Accountabilities
  • Establishes and builds strong, senior level client relationships with key account.
  • Lead a specific area sales team building sustainable relationship looking for business growth.
  • Responsible for coordinating the account (including customer pricing), aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop profitable business with designated account(s) and retain and intensify long‑term customer relationships with established accounts.
  • Coordinates strongly internally to ensure consistent way of working as perceived by the key account.
  • Manage trade receivables and delivery / invoicing claims.
  • Submit short and long‑range customer relationship plans, assess the future need of the client and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
  • Support the development of demand forecast in own area.

Impact : Develop and manage a specific very large customer account(s) to achieve designated sales and profitability targets.

Decision making : Contribute to decision making at local / national / regional level.

Knowhow & Education

Knowhow : Seasoned professional knowledge in sales, broad business knowledge, strong tactical leadership abilities and ability to impact, influence and convince others.

Education : Bachelor's degree in chemistry or Chemistry Engineer and Fluently English.
