A leading appointment setting service is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter in Brazil to generate and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated. This full-time remote role requires effective relationship-building skills and the use of CRM tools for managing appointments. Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Appointment Setter , your primary responsibility is to generate and schedule appointments for the sales team or service providers within a company. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients or customers, promoting the company's products or services, and persuading them to agree to an appointment. Your role is crucial in initiating the sales or service process and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales or service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various lead sources such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to identify potential clients or customers who may be interested in the company's offerings.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, engage them in conversation, and present compelling information about the company's products or services to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up appointments for sales representatives or service providers by coordinating availability between prospects and the appropriate team members. Use software tools or a CRM system to manage and update appointment schedules accurately.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a positive and professional rapport with prospects to enhance the likelihood of securing appointments. Understand their needs, answer their queries, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Product / Service Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions, features, and benefits to potential clients. Stay updated on product / service enhancements or modifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all communications, appointments set, and outcomes in a CRM or database. Generate reports summarizing appointment metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant data for performance evaluation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales or service team to align appointment schedules with their availability and provide them with necessary details about each appointment. Share insights or feedback gathered during interactions with prospects to enhance the overall sales / service process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Seek opportunities to improve appointment setting techniques, scripts, and strategies to optimize lead generation and appointment conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and build relationships over the phone.
  • Persuasive and persistent with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software or appointment scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well in a team environment.
Additional Information

Set-up : Full-time, Remote

Schedule : Monday - Friday, for 7.5 Flexible working hours between 6am-6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
