Role Description
This is a full‑time remote role for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating outbound calls, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the role involves managing schedules effectively, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and providing excellent customer service to establish trust and build strong client relationships.
The Role
We're looking for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team and book qualified meetings for our clients. You'll be on the front lines of outbound, working high‑volume calling campaigns across multiple industries. This isn't a role for someone who wants to coast—we run aggressive targets and expect consistent execution.
Execute 800‑1000+ outbound dials daily across client campaigns
Follow proven scripts while adapting to prospect responses in real‑time
Book qualified appointments that meet strict ICP criteria
Manage Inbox communication
Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Strategists on targeting and messaging refinements
Hit weekly and monthly meeting quotas consistently
Minimum 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience in B2B
Proven track record of hitting quota—bring your numbers
Comfortable with rejection and high‑volume activity
Clear, professional phone presence
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setup
Coachable with a no‑excuses attitude toward performance
Experience in lead gen agencies or sales development roles
Familiarity with dialers, CRMs, and outbound tech stacks
Background calling into professional services, manufacturing, or mid‑market B2B
Base + performance bonuses tied to meetings booked. Top performers earn significantly more. Details discussed during interviews.
