The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HR systems, a strong understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication skills. About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative global HR IT team responsible for supporting and enhancing HR systems across multiple business units. The team works closely with HR process owners and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and efficient operations. We value innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement in delivering high-quality HR technology solutions.

What you can look forward to as SAP HCM Analyst (m/f/d):
  • Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll and Time Management, aligned with global HR processes.
  • Ensure stable and efficient operation of HR systems and interfaces across business units.
  • Lead IT-related tasks during HR system rollout and enhancement projects.
  • Provide expert support to key users during testing, training, and post-Go-Live phases.
  • Collaborate with project teams and process owners to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze and support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring data consistency and process alignment across platforms.
  • Handle and analyze support tickets from the HR team, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth system operation.
Your Profile as SAP HCM Analyst (m/f/d):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems implementation and support, with deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ABAP programming and SuccessFactors configuration/customization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) to work effectively in a global team.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
