We are seeking a product-focused AI / Machine Learning Engineer to help build and scale the core intelligence behind TrueCheckIA.

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning systems that analyze large volumes of content and extract meaningful verification signals. Your work will directly impact how trust, evidence, and transparency are delivered to users in real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning pipelines for content analysis and signal extraction
• Develop and maintain classification, scoring, and pattern detection systems
• Combine traditional machine learning approaches with large language models when appropriate
• Optimize models and pipelines for cost, latency, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to align technical decisions with user needs
• Contribute to discussions around evidence-based verification and responsible AI usage

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and applied statistics
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and algorithmic design
• Practical experience applying machine learning models to real products
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Product-oriented mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
