• Ensino médio completo obrigatório.

The Microcredit Agent will work within the Microfinance team, handling the stages of client acquisition, analysis, credit approval, and negotiation for small entrepreneurs participating in the Agroamigo Microfinance program.

Activities:

• In-person, phone, or email customer service for program clients;
• Prospecting new clients;
• Guidance on proper management of granted credits;
• Immediate collection of overdue credits;
• Other related activities.

Complete high school education;

Availability for intermunicipal travel.

Experience in sales;

Technical training in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.

Base Salary: R$ 1,712.11;

Situational Compensation for Agent Crescer up to R$ 1,588.14 - Agent Mais up to R$ 1,805.40;

Maximum Variable Compensation for Agent Crescer up to R$ 1,482.26 - Agent Mais up to R$ 2,011.64;

Founded in 1993, the Northeast Citizenship Institute (Inec) is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) focused on sustainable community development in Northeast Brazil. In 2003, it qualified as a Public Interest Civil Society Organization (Oscip), enabling partnerships with the Bank of Northeast for microfinance programs.

Since then, Inec has 20 years of microcredit experience, operationalizing Crediamigo from 2003 to 2022, and Agroamigo from 2005 to present. In 2021, international NGO Water.Org joined Inec and BNB to facilitate access to water solutions via microcredit. In 2022, Agroamigo reached 1,410,064 active clients across 2,074 municipalities in the Brazilian semi-arid region.

Beyond microfinance, Inec invests in socio-environmental actions, serving children, youth, and adults through projects contributing to sustainable development based on income generation and social protagonism, aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
