Role Description

We are seeking established finance professionals who have an existing corporate customer base that frequently transacts payments in foreign currencies. These include payments for imports, dividend payments, consultancy invoices or PSPs paying international merchants or investment flows.

• Onboard partners for KYB and AML to satisfy regulatory requirements.
• Build regular flows.

Remuneration

FX Rails pays a generous % commission that rewards payment flows and increases with recurring customers and targets met.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or international trade finance in LatAm.
• Strong network with local corporate customers, PSPs and fintech companies.

Nice to Have:

• Background in selling to enterprise corporates or large distributor networks.
• Demonstrated success in driving cross-border flows in regulated environments.
• Prior experience at a global PSP, EMI, or international remittance company.
