A global technology company is looking for a candidate to join their social app business unit. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Portuguese, have experience in recruiting and managing agencies, and possess the ability to develop recruitment strategies effectively. This role involves managing at least 200-300 hosts monthly and requires maintaining high-value resources. The position offers a competitive salary structure, combining basic salary, KPI incentives, and bonuses.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Independently recruit and manage agencies (at least 200-300 hosts per month), hosts, and coin-dealers.
• Resource Acquisition: Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
• Strategy Development: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.

Salary: basic+KPI+bonus
