This role involves scheduling consultations, document organization, and maintaining office procedures among other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or Sales, has strong communication skills, and an active presence on social networks. The position is full-time, with an initial home office setup and potential for onsite work in São Paulo.

As an Administrative Assistant (Sao Paulo, BR) at e-Visa Immigration Services, you will perform the duties and responsibilities which are customary to this position and reasonably necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position and which are further described below :

  • Schedule consultations with the RCICs consultants.
  • Follow-up on consultations, request feedback and address potential issues with the respective departments.
  • Assist the company with preparation and organization of documents, invoices and receipts.
  • Compile data regarding consultations, overall sales and customer feedback, prepare reports, presentations when needed.
  • Set up and maintain physical and electronic file systems related to the initial consultations.
  • Review, maintain and update office procedures.
  • Promote and sell the company services.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the consulting practice.
  • May assist in arranging travel and accommodation for attendance of conferences or trips between offices.
You have the following soft skills and other requirements :
  • Degree or work experience in Business Administration or Sales.
  • Have an active and interesting personal presence in social networks, with understanding of each network and its best practices.
  • Be an excellent communicator and creative, with the ability to use intuition based on data and analysis of results.
  • Advanced English.
  • Live in the city of São Paulo (work initially in home office but may become present in our São Paulo office).
  • Be available for immediate start.
You will earn extra in the points for :
  • Getting to know Canada (having an exchange or living in the country).
  • Have professional experience in immigration and exchange to Canada.
You speak the languages below :
  • English - Advanced (strong speaking and writing)
  • Portuguese - Fluent
  • Spanish - Is an asset
