Along with our partner, we’re looking for an Accounting Consultant (AI Trainer) to join our team as we build the next generation of AI tools for the accounting industry. This isn\'t your typical accounting role—you won\'t be closing books or managing ledgers. Instead, you\'ll be at the heart of our product development, using your expertise to train and shape AI agents that will revolutionize accounting workflows.

We\'re not just building a product; we’re shaping the fundamental logic that underpins it. You\'ll work closely with our partners\' accounting and engineering teams to define what "correct" means in the context of real-world accounting, helping us build net-new capabilities from the ground up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on accounting career.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
• Clear, concise, and thoughtful in written communication.
• Detail-oriented, strong spreadsheet skills.
