As an Accountant in Caterpillar’s Global Finance Services Division, you will join the Brazil Analytics Center of Excellence and support core service charges and the global Short‑Term Incentive Plan (STIP) process.

Job Summary

Help standardize transactional work and enable business units to focus on strategic consulting. Provide strategic support, set objectives, and collaborate across Caterpillar teams.

What You Will Do

• Prepare monthly financial results analysis and reporting
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and related analysis
• Prepare monthly STIP accrual and related accounting entries
• Effectively communicate financial results and forecasts to senior leadership
• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and internal standards
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in financial analysis and reporting processes
• Collaborate with a variety of business units across Caterpillar
