About the role

This position will manage strategic customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and Kerry’s business strategy.
  • Coordinate internal functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and manage the sales forecast and oversee the customer portfolio.
  • Lead account planning for major clients, manage BID negotiations, and identify new project opportunities to grow the business.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
