Uma empresa de recursos humanos está buscando um Gerente para liderar projetos na área de Engenharia Mecânica em Curitiba. O candidato ideal deve ter graduação em Engenharia, forte conhecimento na indústria automotiva, experiência em liderança e fluência em português e inglês. Esta posição assegura a execução de projetos de powertrain, coordenação de validações e simulações, além de colaborar com diversas equipes para garantir eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos sob a responsabilidade de PE Curitiba.
• Coordenar simulações e validações no nível de powertrain.
• Apoiar o plano de sustentabilidade da PE através do desenvolvimento de produtos.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent Engineering degree;
• Effective communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
• Broad knowledge and experience in the automotive industry especially within the area of Powertrain;
• Leadership experience and competences related to people´s leading;
• Experienced in Product Development of automotive components;
• Good knowledge of the Product Development Cycle and Project Management;
• Good knowledge of Simulation tools;
• Good Knowledge of PDM documentation;
• Good technical knowledge of the market and applications.

Activities

• Manage the Projects Portfolio under PE Curitiba scope, including responsibility for the associated budget and resource allocation;
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across GTX functions to support the portfolio execution, fostering strong alignment and teamwork;
• Coordinate simulation, data analysis, and system validation at the complete powertrain level, hardware and software, ensuring products meet technical and operational requirements;
• In cooperation with VE, VT, CV and PE Technology areas, secure vehicle calibration and software functions operation, ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency;
• Support the PE Sustainability Plan through product development;
• Secure invoiced business with UD Trucks, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Buses while improving and developing the powertrain products for their applications;
• Represent Complete Powertrain Curitiba on local and global Project Reference and Portfolio Management Teams;
• Support PE Product and Project Governance in general.
