Requirements
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, statistical methods, and reliability;
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with Jira, Volvo Portal, LVD, VDA+, KOLA, Impact is appreciated;
  • Understanding of the dealer network is a plus.
Activities
  • Detect, quantify, and prioritize customer quality issues;
  • Lead pre-investigations and recommend containment actions (e.g., internal campaigns);
  • Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Minitab to analyze data and support investigations;
  • Recommend and present external campaigns to the Campaign Committee;
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of quality issues solving process;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across GTT, GTO, and brands;
  • Support new projects with field experience and contribute to long-term quality roadmaps;
  • Ensure the customer voice is represented in problem-solving processes;
  • Identify potential safety-related issues and elevate appropriately;
  • Predict and report quality KPIs to the organization.
