Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating classic and innovative drinks, as well as staying current on the latest industry trends. You should be able to mix ingredients to prepare traditional and modern cocktails using the correct equipment and recipes. As a Bartender, you must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders
• Mix drinks using correct measurements and ingredients
• Prepare drinks according to recipes or customers’ instructions
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
• Serve snacks or food items as required
• Stock bar with beers, wines, spirits, juices, syrups, etc.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times
• Monitor customers’ consumption of alcohol
• Ensure compliance with all health/safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Bartender for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of basic bartending techniques including mixing drinks using correct measurements and ingredients
• Ability to stay updated on the latest trends in cocktails & spirits
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• High school diploma is preferred but not required
Salary: 1000 AED/month (negotiable). We are open to considering foreign applicants.
