- Shadowing and observing daily departmental operations.
- Assisting with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Updating menus in Simphony Cloud, workstation configurations, and printer setups.
- Supporting ongoing projects, IPTV configuration, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, WiFi, and telephony issues.
- Installing Windows, updating security patches, and managing server room activities.
- Handling guest requests, user issues, backups, invoice posting, and QMS requests.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business, or a related field from an IHG Academy affiliated university.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and service skills.
- Certificate of achievement and a service letter to enhance your future career prospects.
