Zusammenfassung
A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated guest service role to assist guests with inquiries and manage communications. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management and at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with service providers, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing guest communications. Qualifikationen
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
Aufgaben
- Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related.
- Attend shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
- Maintain good relationships with Airport Concierge and retailers.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local activities and key occurrences.
- Manage guests’ mails, messages, and parcel postage as requested.
