Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related.
• Attend shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
• Maintain good relationships with Airport Concierge and retailers.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of local activities and key occurrences.
• Manage guests’ mails, messages, and parcel postage as requested.

Skills

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

Ability to speak other languages
