Job summary
A premium asset storage solution provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail or hospitality, excellent leadership abilities, and a client-focused mindset. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising teams, and maintaining exceptional client relations. This role offers an opportunity to excel in a high-end service environment and contribute to maintaining the organization's operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations management.
- Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong operations management skills with an ability to lead teams effectively.
- Client-focused, proactive, and capable of maintaining discretion in all interactions.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high service standards.
- Supervise and guide retail, sales, administration, and operations teams.
- Maintain exceptional client relations, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Coordinate mobile and multi-site operations to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements.
