Job summary
A prominent restaurant chain in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Front of House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The role includes ensuring that sales, profitability, and customer service targets are met while maximizing opportunities for business growth. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, strong financial skills, and excellent command of English. Qualifications
- A university degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years retail experience as general manager of a fast-paced restaurant.
- Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience.
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Computer literacy.
