Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive forward the development of such.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with existing intermediaries.
- Enhance the culture of innovation and reinforce our reputation as the preferred services provider in the UAE & GCC.
- Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner; meet, negotiate, and correspond with clients to form strong working relationships.
- Use lead generation and leverage existing clients with a focus on the designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on our client's needs.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for the company, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
- Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities.
- Assist in the preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies, and budgets.
- Develop and supervise a team of business development or marketing professionals.
- Participate in a high level of client interaction to support the building and maintaining of client relationships and growth, ensuring a good understanding of demands and expectations.
- Generate a high standard of service delivery and achieve successful outcomes for our clients to sustainably strengthen the revenue base.
- Capture and share knowledge while maintaining effective communication.
- Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
The Candidate:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or any other equivalent; a Master's degree is preferable.
Experience:
3-7 years of experience in sales within the UAE in Corporate Services or Wealth Management.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Corporate Services industry and local market.
Basic understanding of AML and core compliance requirements.
Basic legal skills (understanding and analyzing legal documents).
Excellent (native) command of written and spoken English.
