Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management tools.

  • Support execution of L&D initiatives across departments.
  • Manage and update learning systems and track training activities.
  • Collect and analyze training data to improve programs.
