A local brand in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Agent to represent the company and ensure timely resolution of customer queries. The role involves complaint management, answering customer questions, and following up on sales leads. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Representation, excellent communication skills in both Khaleeji Arabic and English, and familiarity with communication tools. The Customer Service Agent/Representative functions as the ‘face’ of Minimalist to customers and ensures that customer queries and concerns are solved in a professional and timely manner.
- Complaint management (receive complaints through phone or in writing, resolve complaints where possible, otherwise escalated to relevant department and/or management).
- Customer care (answering queries and questions of customers, following up on shipments, updating customers accordingly).
- Abandoned cart sales (calling customers who have not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, convincing customers to purchase).
- Inbound sales (calling customers who have started but not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, finalizing purchase).
- At least 1, ideally 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company.
- Experience with Social Media, WhatsApp, Monday.com, and other relevant communication and customer ticketing tools.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in Khaleeji Arabic.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
