Supervise and guide the F&B service team during operations.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through efficient service and personalized attention.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor quality standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Support the Outlet Manager in training and performance management.
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist in scheduling, inventory, and daily reporting duties.
Lead by example in maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Arabic or Russian) is a plus.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
Experience working in the UAE or the GCC is an advantage.
