Your role:

1) Parts Coordinator

  • Invoicing & submission to the customer
  • Raise and follow up on non-standard requirements using Carrier Approval Matrix Tool
  • Prepare reports and FC
  • Follow up on PO tracker and BL updates in coordination with supply chain
  • Payment verification
  • Customer system ID creation
  • Support Parts Sales team on daily activities

2) Management Assistant

  • Organize internal and external meetings for the leadership team
  • Organize internal and external activities for the leadership team
  • Manage and organize documents required for management signatures

Note: The Sales Coordinator position has been eliminated where applicable; however, this role is critical as current resources cannot manage additional responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years experience in sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, with effective communication skills
  • This role is only for Emirati candidates
