Position: Marketing Director (Real Estate)

Salary: $6000-$6500 per month

Location: Phnom Penh

Purpose Statement

Our client, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee their branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a real estate developer or within the real estate industry, with expertise in video production, website operations, brand promotion, media operations, creative design, and event organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry analysis in the local and overseas real estate sectors, including market and regional research, competitor analysis, and providing regular market research reports.
• Oversee external brand communication and ensure the brand's core values align with the company's branding strategy.
• Manage the marketing team, providing training and guidance related to market strategies to team members and relevant departments.
• Have experience managing marketing for large-scale primary land development projects or integrated primary and secondary real estate projects.
