Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms, independent agents, and franchise networks.
  • Identify and onboard new brokerage partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design briefings, engagement programs and incentive programs for brokerage partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance, address challenges, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to create strong and integrated partnerships.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to enhance engagement and productivity.
  • Organize partner training sessions, webinars, and networking events to strengthen collaboration.
  • Be aware of new launches, market trends and competitor strategies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to define partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase partner loyalty and retention.
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
  • Provide insights and feedback from partners to improve service offerings and customer experience.

What will be your responsibilities?

Agency Relations & Brokerage Partnerships
