Job Benefits and Conditions:
Competitive salary: starting from AED 30,000 and up (with 45–55% commission per deal). Your income is unlimited — the more deals you close, the more you earn.
Work schedule: 5/2 in a comfortable office in Dubai Marina.

Your Responsibilities:
Work with client inquiries and property selection. Engage in both cold outreach and warm lead processing, identifying property sale opportunities.
Organize meetings, viewings, and provide consultations.
Fully support the client from the first contact through to the completion of the deal.
Record all activity and updates in the CRM system.
What We Expect From You:
At least 1 year of experience in real estate or premium sales.
Basic to confident level of English.
Experience working with Bitrix CRM.
In real estate, brokers earn from successful deals — there is no fixed monthly salary.
