We are retained by two prominent real estate developers in the UAE - one based in Dubai, the other in Abu Dhabi - to appoint a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) to lead their residential and mixed-use sales platforms across high-profile developments.

This is a critical leadership role for each organization, focused primarily on driving off-plan residential sales, shaping market strategy, and managing extensive broker and agency relationships. We are seeking dynamic, well-connected sales executives with deep knowledge of the UAE real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and scale residential sales strategy across off-plan properties
• Drive revenue performance across agency, brokerage, and direct channels
• Build and manage broker networks with strong, long-standing relationships
• Oversee digital and traditional marketing strategies that support sales goals
• Represent the developer in high-level client, partner, and agency engagements
• Lead sales teams, manage targets, and ensure consistent pipeline performance

Ideal Profile :

• Currently in or recently held a Head of Sales , Vice President of Sales , or CSMO role within UAE real estate
• Proven track record of residential sales leadership in Dubai and / or Abu Dhabi
• Deep and active network of UAE brokerage and agency partners
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and market insight
• Experience launching or scaling master communities, branded residences, or luxury inventory is a plus
