What will be your responsibilities?

  • Communicating the project’s USP’s to customers and brokers
  • Organizing broker briefings and provide training and knowledge to brokers
  • Managing the customer sales experience
  • Creating a pool of committed and profitable network of local and international brokers to increase the company’s sales volume
  • Acquire new clients and manage existing clients
  • Prepare and maintain client data and documentation
  • Assist buyers in making informed decisions
  • Resolve customer queries timely and effectively

What are we looking for?

  • Prior work experience in a Real-Estate sales / Real-Estate brokerage role is a big plus
  • Understanding and knowledge of the UAE Real-Estate Market
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration
