Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. The successful candidate will support our Aldar Investment legal team on a broad range of real estate, commercial, and general corporate legal matters, working closely with teams across the development, asset management, investments, and leasing divisions. This role offers exposure to high-value transactions across all asset classes as well as day-today legal operations and leasing in one of the region’s most dynamic real estate companies.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support to the legal team across a variety of matters including real estate, leasing, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of SPAs, leases, heads of terms, NDAs, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel, internal stakeholders, and government authorities as needed.
- Conduct legal research and maintain regulatory and legal compliance databases.
- Organize and manage legal documentation, filings, and contract archives.
- Support deal execution including document signing, notarisation, and corporate secretarial matters as needed.
- Maintain a strong awareness of UAE real estate, corporate, and regulatory frameworks
Qualification And Experience
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a reputable law firm, real estate company, or corporate legal department
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as a Company Secretary in a publicly listed company or equivalent experience in legal corporate governance.
- Strong experience in real estate and commercial transactions is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
- Arabic speaking preferred but not required

- In depth knowledge of UAE legal systems

- Ability to deal with senior executives and to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Skilled in drafting, document management, time management and negotiations.
QUALIFICATION
- A legal qualification (e.g. LLB or equivalent) is advantageous but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree
