A leading e-commerce platform is seeking a Marketing Manager in Dubai to develop and execute marketing strategies for the Fresh business. This role will focus on customer acquisition, campaign management, and collaboration across various teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of marketing experience, is a native Arabic speaker, and has a proven track record of success in the UAE and Saudi markets.

Amazon Fresh team is looking for an execution-driven manager to lead marketing and merchandising for the UFG product. As Marketing Manager you will own end-to-end marketing and prime customer engagement for the program. The scope of the role is drive growth of service in UAE and KSA scale prime customer penetration and influence retention/frequency of shopping. The role owns the content experience of the respective category across all customer touch-points both on-site and off-site. This role is accountable for category content ideation customer acquisition and retention planning/cost and development and includes a high degree of complexity detail and responsibility. Key to success will be the ability to utilize customer insight and data to develop relevant editorial content marketing programs design customer cohort tests and quickly double down on programs that show success. This individual must excel in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts and partnering with product team customer experience analytics teams centralized marketing and traffic teams.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing strategy for Fresh business, Create annual/quarterly marketing plans, Set KPIs and growth targets, Budget planning and allocation, Performance tracking and optimization.
  2. Customer Growth & Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition strategy, Understand customer behavior and cohorts, Design and execute promotional campaigns, Manage customer retention programs, Analyze and improve customer lifetime value.
  3. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key business metrics, Analyze campaign performance, Track ROI on marketing spend, Create executive-level reporting, Identify growth opportunities through data.
  4. Campaign Management: Multi-channel campaign execution, Seasonal events, Creative direction and oversight, Campaign calendar management.
  5. Product Marketing and Branding: New product launch strategies, Category expansion plans, Seasonal promotional planning, Fresh-specific value proposition.
  6. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Retail/Operations/Tech/Finance/PR teams, Exposure with senior leadership.
Required Experience
  • 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Native Arabic Speaker.
  • Prior experience in both UAE and Saudi Markets.
  • Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation.
  • Experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce industry.
