A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to develop and manage marketing strategies that enhance its brand presence across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality marketing, strong digital marketing knowledge, and an ability to manage creative projects. This role involves overseeing brand communication and collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize marketing performance.
The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand presence across digital and traditional channels. The position focuses on strengthening market positioning, supporting revenue-generating activities, and ensuring consistent brand communication in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support the hotel’s business goals.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online presence.
Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Plan and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to support promotions, events, and revenue‑driving initiatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide marketing strategy.
Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and PR firms to maximize brand exposure.
Track and review marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize results.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective campaign planning.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, press materials, and promotional content.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing within luxury hospitality or a high‑end lifestyle brand.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and creative projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
