About the Role:

The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand presence across digital and traditional channels. The position focuses on strengthening market positioning, supporting revenue-generating activities, and ensuring consistent brand communication in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support the hotel’s business goals.

  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online presence.

  • Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support promotions, events, and revenue‑driving initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and PR firms to maximize brand exposure.

  • Track and review marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize results.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective campaign planning.

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, press materials, and promotional content.
