Scope of Work

We are hiring a Content & Creative Support professional for our client Miral based in Abu Dhabi. This is a 6-month contract role (on premise) and might be extended depending on ground situation.

We are looking for candidates on their own visa and available soon.

1. Introduction

As the demand for material creation continues to grow with the expansion of exciting new projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement, the Community Experiences team which handles all projects in-house requires additional temporary support to successfully launch these projects with overlapping deadlines and ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. The onboarding of a skilled temporary Graphic and Video Specialist will be critical in assisting with the creation of engaging visual content for learning programs and events.

2. Duration

This support will be required for the first 2 quarters (6 months) as we deliver 3 major projects alongside our regular operations and can be extended beyond 6 months on a month basis.

3. Responsibilities
Content Creation

Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediums including advertisements, brochures, banners and social media content.

Develop and edit video content for various platforms including promotional videos, event recaps and internal presentations.

Create animations or motion graphics as required to enhance video materials.

Ensure all content aligns with Mirals branding guidelines and campaign objectives.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Training Content Development Lead and CX team to understand content requirements and deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders or agencies for specific design or production tasks as needed.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activations.

Project Management

Manage multiple graphic design and video projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, templates and raw video footage.

Provide regular updates to the team on project progress and elevate any challenges that might impact delivery.

Technical Support

Handle basic photography or videography tasks for events or projects if required.

Ensure all multimedia files are optimized for various platforms including web, social media and print.

4. Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign for a range of design and content tasks.
  • Video Editing: Experienced in editing videos for social media and other platforms – including adding motion graphics.
  • Graphic Design: Solid design skills with a focus on clean, clear visuals for branding and various learning programs and promotional content.
  • Basic UI/UX: Able to make functional and visual updates to digital learning platforms as needed, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video production.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of content creation, graphic and video editing projects.
Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and provide innovative solutions.
5. Additional Requirements

Resources Required: 1

Gender and Nationality Preference: No preference

Language Proficiency: English required; additional languages beneficial.

Working Hours
  • 9-hour shift including a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours paid).
  • Standard hours between 9 AM and 6 PM Monday to Friday with flexibility if and when required.
Location
  • Primarily based at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi office with occasional travel to other Yas Island locations if necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.

Dates: Six (6) months from contract commencement date and can be extended beyond 6 months.
