A well-established local group is seeking an Office Manager to report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will coordinate with executives and attend board meetings, requiring fluency in English and Arabic, alongside strong corporate governance knowledge and excellent communication skills.

- Work with General Managers across the Group.
Skills
Our client is a well-established local group seeking an Office Manager to report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attending all board meetings alongside the Chairman/CEO.
- Coordinating with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
- Coordinating with all the General Managers of the companies within the Group.
Language Skills:
- English - Fluent / Excellent
- Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
Additional Requirements:
- Own a Car: Any
- Have a Driving License: Any
Job Skills:
- 10 to 12 years of experience
- Experience taking minutes in meetings
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance
- Knowledge of Stock Market
- Ability to write reports and collect data
- Ability to translate between Arabic and English
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong personality with maturity
- Must be an Arabic speaker
