- Manage and oversee daily operations within the home healthcare service area.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective service delivery to patients.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- Conduct training for staff on operational protocols and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and patient satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
- Assist in scheduling and logistical arrangements for home healthcare visits.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service provision.
- Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role in the home healthcare industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
