Job summary

A leading concrete products company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of secretarial experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Maintain organized records and databases.

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases for easy accessibility.
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (Arabic).
