Job summary

A leading inspection company in Dubai is seeking a qualified candidate to coordinate inspections and manage job files. The ideal individual will have a University Degree in Agriculture Science or Computer and at least one year of relevant experience, ideally within a reputed inspection company. Proficiency in BOSS software and good communication skills are essential for this full-time position. The role does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in BOSS software or proficiency in other computer applications.
• Relevant experience in a reputed inspection company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update & maintain job files.
• Review received inspection orders from clients.
• Coordinate with Clients/Affiliates/Labs.
• Arrange, coordinate and monitor inspections.
• Issue work instructions to inspectors and purchase orders to suppliers.
• Review inspection reports and analysis reports.
• Issue quotations, inspection reports, certificates and invoices.
• Provide assistance in other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
