Role Purpose

The Junior Admin Assistant supports the day‑to‑day administrative activities of the office. This is an entry‑level role designed to gain practical workplace experience and develop administrative and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in general office administration and filing (physical & electronic)
  • Handle basic documentation, forms, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and redirect queries when required
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates encouraged)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Basic organizational and time‑management skills
