Mason Circle is a leading international 360° hospitality marketing agency, headquartered in the UK with operations in Dubai and the US. We specialise in elevating F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality brands through high-impact content, performance marketing, and creative strategy.

We are expanding our Dubai production team and seeking talented, passionate content creators who live and breathe storytelling through photo and video.

We are looking for a full-time creative who has strong experience in F&B content, understands hospitality visuals, and can shoot high-quality video and photography across restaurants, lounges, bars, cafés, and lifestyle venues. You will work closely with our creative and account teams to build standout content for our clients.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for F&B and hospitality clients across Dubai.
• Plan, storyboard, and execute shoots (menu shoots, ambience, interiors, events, influencer sessions).
• Edit videos and photos with a strong sense of aesthetic and brand identity.
• Manage on-site lighting, styling, and setup to elevate each shot.
• Work with the creative director and account managers to meet content requirements.
• Deliver content within agreed timelines and maintain consistency across all campaigns.
• Stay updated with trends in F&B, social media, and lifestyle content.
• Maintain and manage your own professional equipment.

• Mandatory: Proven experience shooting for F&B/hospitality brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing food, ambience, lifestyle, and social media-ready visuals.
• Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci) and photo editing (Lightroom/Photoshop).
• Must own professional equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, stabiliser, etc.).
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Reels-first content formats.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends when venues require shoots.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
• Based in Dubai.

This internship is ideal for emerging creatives looking to gain real-world experience in a high‑paced agency environment. You’ll shoot, edit, and support content creation for restaurants, lounges, and lifestyle venues.

• Assist with photo/video shoots across our F&B clients.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes content, short‑form videos, and UGC‑style footage.
• Support editing, colour grading, and content optimisation for social media.
• Work closely with senior creators and learn on live client projects.
• Attend events, menu tastings, and brand shoots as required.
• Maintain organised content libraries and project files.
